Conscious, firmly pre-considered decisiveness of malicious kind [see description]

English Description:

Explanation by Billy, 2017/10/18:
“According to the spiritual teaching ‘Mutwillig/Mutwilligkeit’ is not interpreted as ‘intention’, rather as ‘firm pre-considered decisiveness’, which is a grave difference, because ‘intention’ means that one wants to do something, that is to say, that a striving, an urge, a decision, an idea, a concept, a plan, a wanting or a wish and so forth exists for it. However, in the case of a firmly pre-considered decisiveness, a ‘knowing’ and ‘thoroughly considered' doing, acting or talking and so forth results, and indeed in full knowledge, wanting and realising. Therefore in respect to ‘Mutwilligkeit’ the following results:
Conscious, firmly pre-considered decisiveness of malicious kind = to act, do, speak in a conscious, firm and malicious wise, as well as:
To provoke in a conscious, firm and pre-considered malicious wise = to provokingly act, do, speak in a conscious, firm and pre-considered malicious wise.”
